CARRIER SERVICE (INTERLINK EXPRESS)
If a carrier is used we will strengthen all boxes with
mdf. If the item is large, or you have ordered multiple items we will
use a pallet network for delivery which is the safest & fastest method
of transport. Your goods will then arrive strapped and shrink wrapped to
a pallet. The carrier will require a signature upon
delivery. Please allow up-to 14 working days for delivery, although in
most cases we will deliver well in advance of this.
Please inform me if you are in a hurry and
we will do our best to accommodate you. Any items weighing more than
25kg will require an able bodied person at the address to accept
delivery, we do not carry large items into the house as a rule (due to
health & safety) but special arrangements can be made which can involve
an extra charge. All items must be checked on delivery and any damages
however infrequent must be informed by email or better still by phone
the same day stating the consignment note number and damage.
No
claim for damage will be entertained if this is not done.

WELL AS INFORM YOU WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO DELIVER. THIS SAVES TIME AND
HASSLE FOR BOTH OF US. INTERLINK WILL ONLY RE-DELIVER ONCE, IF YOU ARE
NOT IN TO ACCEPT DELIVERY THE SECOND TIME THE CARRIAGE CHARGE WILL HAVE
TO BE PAID AGAIN!!.

If you live within an 80 mile radius of Birmingham we do
a lot of our own deliveries, please specify if you would prefer this
service but do allow the full 14 days for delivery while we formulate a
delivery run to your area. Any items weighing more than 25kg will
require an able bodied person at the address to accept delivery. Again
we prefer not to carry bulky/heavy items into your house as we only send
one driver but special arrangements can be made, please telephone us to
discuss. A signature is still required upon delivery due to considerable
amount of credit card fraud we have experienced. Any damages must be
reported upon delivery otherwise no claim for damage will be
entertained.

we offer a full 7 day money back policy. The goods must be returned
within 7 days in as new, un-opened, boxed condition. When the goods
arrive back to us, a full refund minus the carriage and our ebay fees
will be given. The carriage to return the item to us is also at your
own cost. We suggest that you take out carrier insurance when returning
goods to us as we will not refund goods received back damaged from
yourselves. If an item has been especially made or ordered in for you
and is not a standard stock line it is excluded from the 7 day money
back guarantee. We stock a large proportion of what we list on ebay but
cannot hold every item we list in stock and have to order some items in,
this may take a couple of days but will endeavour to keep to our
delivery times. Delays can happen in supply from time to time but we
will keep you informed of any delays but cannot be held responsible for
any fitting costs due to late delivery .We suggest you have your items
delivered before booking an engineer to fit them. If an item develops a
fault during its guarantee period, please contact the manufacturer for
service as all our items are brand new and covered by the full
manufacturers warranty.

free delivery, they just build it into the item cost and you then have
