Foil Balloons have a Self-Sealing Valve that can be Re-Used
Inflate the balloon with helium at room-temperature leaving wrinkles around the balloon seam. Average good float-time: 4-5 days but may last longer depending on conditions. Once inflated, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. In cold air, the helium balloon will deflate slightly, exposing it to warm air will restore proper inflation. Excessive heat could cause the balloon to burst. Foil Balloons should always be under-inflated to allow for heat variations. Warmer environments will cause the gas to expand and could cause the balloon to burst, by leaving crinkles along the balloon seam it will allow for this expansion should it happen, if required the balloon can be topped back up.
Do not release helium-filled balloons outdoors or near power lines. This balloon may conduct electricity. Misuse can cause injury. Dispose of properly. Helium gas should never be inhaled.

Policy We hope the goods
you order from us will arrive in good condition and be exactly what you expected
and ordered. However we understand that sometimes you will need to return goods
to us either because you have changed your mind about the item, we processed
your order incorrectly or the goods have a fault. My products are
faulty, what should I do? I have changed
my Mind about the Products, What can I do? You've sent me
the wrong Item, What should I do?
Simply return the items to us and once we have verified the
fault, we will process and refund or replace the product by return, please quote
your order or item number with the return and email us to tell us of your actions.
We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery or some other method which
includes the ability to track a parcel or in the least a proof of posting, if
you do not use one of these methods and we fail to receive the item back we
will not be in a position to replace or refund.
If you change your mind about your purchase simply return it
in an un-opened perfect condition within 14 days and we will refund the full
cost of the products (excluding and Postage and Packaging charge). We cannot
offer any return path for customised balloons or helium cylinders and tanks.
If you decide to cancel your order prior to despatch there will be no administration
fee however if you cancel after despatch has been processed there may be a restocking
fee.
Firstly contact us and explain what items have been sent out
incorrectly. We will then identify what should have been sent and confirm this
with you, we will then arrange the return of the item and arrange a replacement
on receiving it, we may in some cases ask you to return the item if we do please
use a recorded method and in the least obtain a proof of posting.
