2-Layer PCB Manufacture Service 4 (25 larger boards)

Please read the following messages carefully before placing your order:

In PCB made-to-order service, we provide green paint and white silkscreen only.
In PCB made-to-order service, we provide 1 oz of copper only, which is approximately 35um
In PCB made-to-order service, we provide 1.6 mm FR-4 glass-based fiber PCB only.
We don’t provide RoHS-compliant PCB for Service 1 - 5.
The width of line must be larger than 8mil; the distance between two lines must be larger than 8mil.
The diameter of the drilled hole should be no less than 10mil, which is approximately 0.25mm.

How to get the service?

When you buy the PCB OEM service, please make your payment via PayPal, the only way of payment that we accept, but before that, verify the size of each PCB and detailed quantity.

Send Gerber-based PCB files to our mailbox (pcb@sure-electronics.net.) and make sure they can meet the requirements that Sure Electronics has set for format and file name, which include:

Top (copper) Layer : .GTL
Bottom (copper) Layer : .GBL
Top Overlay Silkscreen : .GTO
Bottom Overlay Silkscreen: .GBO
Top Solder Mask : .GTS
Bottom Solder Mask : .GBS
NC Drill : .TXT
Board Outline : .GM1

Note: Missing any one of the above files will be deemed as intentionally left blank.

Meanwhile, another txt document is also required, in which the following shall be expressly described:

Form factor: e.g. 10 inches x 10 inches or 2.54 cm x 2.54 cm

If buyers cannot export Gerber files by themselves, Sure Electronics can help them out by charging them with additional $5. Buyers will need to provide the PCB files in dsp,99fe or protel format.

Note: Multiple designs on single panel is not allowed.

Normally the PCBs will be completed in 10 days. We will inform you of the shipping information once the parcel is shipped.
