Louis XV Style Fauteuil Armchair in Floral Needlepoint

A beautiful French Louis XV style tapestry fauteuil armchair with a gilt / cream frame and upholstered with gorgeous handmade floral needlepoint / petit point covers with a soft blue-green ground depicting a a proposal on the seat back. The piece is in absolutely perfect as-new condition and extremely comfortable too. Height 85cm with a seat height of 42cm, depth 50cm and width 59cm.
