You are bidding on an interesting lot of 9 antique lady's pocket watches which are offered for parts or repair with no reserve.
This large lot of pocket watches features 5 hunter case pocket watches and 4 open faced watches all with gold filled or solid silver cases. They are briefly described as follows:
1) Rare United States Watch Co hunter case lever set pocket watch with missing front cover. The watch is complete with all hands and crystal and the gold filled case is in very good condition. The movement is clean and marked A New watch company at Waltham Est'd 1885, United States watch Co. Waltham, Mass. and serial #745323. I believe this watch will run if cleaned.
2) Waltham hunter case pocket watch, The gold filled case is nice but missing the front cover. The porcelain dial is in good condition and the watch is missing a hand and the crystal. The movement is marked AWW Co. Waltham Mass. and serial #17197104. The movement runs briefly and stops so only needs to be cleaned.
3) Beautiful Elgin hungter case pocket watch. The case is intact and in excellent condition with good covers and hinges and a stunning engraved design and no dents or dings. The porcelain dial is in perfect condition with no hairlines or chips but it is missing one hand and the crystal. the movement is marked Elgin Nat'l watch Co. USA safety pinion and serial #13031268. The movement runs briefly and stops so only needs to be cleaned.
4) Elgin open face gold filled pendant watch with beautiful gold dial. The case is in excellent condition with no dents or dings as is the crystal. The gold dial is superb and all the hands are intact. The movement is marked Elgin USA and serial #22795729. The watch is missing the crown but the movement does run when shaken but I am unable to wind it to see how long it will run for.
5) Hampden gold filled hunter case pocket watch which is missing the front cover and crystal and hands. The movement is marked Molly Stark and serial #1127007. The movement is not currently running but is intact.
6) Hampden gold filled hunter case pocket watch which is missing the front cover and crystal and hands. The movement is marked Molly Stark and serial #3115035. The movement is not currently running but is intact.
7) Swiss made 6 jewel solid silver watch with gold accents to the front of the case. The fancy dial is in excellent condition with no hairlines or chips but the hands are missing as is the back cover of the case. The movement has no markings and is not running.
8) Swiss made solid silver watch with gold accents to the front and back of the case. The dial is in excellent condition with no hairlines or chips but one of the hands is missing. The inside of the back cover is halmarked for solid silver. The movement has no markings and is not running
8) Unusual Swiss made watch with very plain gold colored case and fancy dial which is in excellent condition. The crystal is missing and the movement is not running but I can't get the back cover off to find any markings.
This is an interesting collection of antique lady's pocket watches which are offered with no reserve.
