Return Policy

• If you are happy with your purchase, please leave us a 5-star feedback, and we will do the same for you.  If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us via eBay messages so that we can resolve the problem before you leave neutral or negative feedback.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send the item back at your, (the buyer’s) expense for a refund.  The item will be refunded for the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee, less the actual cost of original shipping to you. 
• Inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.  If an item is damaged or not in the condition described by Keen Eye, Inc., notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
• We are not responsible for damages or loss in shipping.  Items damaged in shipping will be processed through shipping insurance claims.  If you wish to insure the item in shipping, please indicate at order time.  If an item is damaged in shipping, retain the damaged item and the packing materials for insurance inspection if required. 
• Return shipping costs, for any reason, are non-refundable. This applies to all issues, such as DOA, description variations, or damage caused in initial shipping.
• Defective items must be returned to seller before a refund is made. 
• A Keen Eye RMA (return materials authorization) is required for any returned item, and must be issued by Keen Eye before you return the item.  Keen Eye will not be responsible for any item returned without an RMA, and no refund with be authorized without a Keen Eye RMA.
• Items being returned to Keen Eye must be carefully and safely packed, complete with all manuals, cables, software, accessories, etc.  Any items damaged during return shipment will promptly be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.  Include your eBay user ID, eBay item# and a brief reason for the return.  You must pay your own return shipping charges.
• No refund or credit will be issued if the item has been altered in any way, damaged or replaced with a similar item while in the possession of the purchaser.  This includes but is not limited to tags, manuals, packaging, software, cables, connectors, etc.
