Unless otherwise stated, the products we sell are BOXED GRADED. This can mean that they are ex-display, end of line product, unwanted gifts or similar.
The products are fully working and are packaged with all accessories. In most cases the items are perfect but to avoid any misrepresentation it is best to be prepared to accept cosmetic blemishes. This can include scuffs and scratches but will not effect the functioning of the product.
All of our products carry our own 30 day warranty. See the warranty link for further information.

Warranty.

All the items we sell, unless otherwise stated, are sold on the understanding that they have been ex showroom, end of line product, display model, an unwanted gift or similar. 
These items are in full working order, however to avoid misrepresenting this product in any way it is best to be prepared to accept cosmetic blemishes. This can include scuffs or scratches but will not affect the functioning of the product.
Some items are sold as NEW, these will be clearly marked as new on the listing itself. In most cases these new products are excess stock or similar. 
In some cases, where possible, stock is checked by ourselves. These items will often have a more detailed description and will say exactly where any blemishes are.
Exchange and returns. 
Due to the fact that these products are not sold as new they do not carry a manufacturers warranty. 
Every item we sell we cover with our own warranty. If you find any fault within this 30 day period it must be reported immediately and returned to us in its original packaging, with in 7 days of us receiving your email regarding any fault. Please bear in mind auctions that have detailed descriptions, although still carry the 30 day warranty.
Please note we warrant the product for 30 days after  delivery.  For the first seven days we will arrange for pick up of the item free of charge if the item is faulty.  After 7 days the warranty is a back to base warranty.
Customers should enclose their details and a brief outline of the fault. Once received an exchange or refund will be given depending on what has been requested. 
In most cases our new items will carry the same warranty, this is due to the fact that they are often end of line or excess stock and are sold to us under a no returns basis. 
If an item is lost in the post with no proof of postage we will not accept responsibility. 
ITEMS RETURNED.
All items returned most be in original packaging and un-damaged.  If the packaging is damaged or appears to have been tampered with we will REFUSE DELIVERY and the item will be returned to you.
e.g Damaged in transit, Damaged br courier or insufficient packaging.

We aim to dispatch goods on the day of payment up to 2pm Monday to Friday. If payment is received after 2pm the item will be dispatched the following day. 
Payments made Friday after 2pm and over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. 
We only deliver to Mainland UK post codes. Although, we can deliver items to the Northern,Southern Ireland/Scottish Highlands/Islands but postage prices do vary, so please email us before bidding.
We only post to registered ebay address'. 
If payment is made via Paypal the customer will receive an automatic delivery email.
All emails should be sent Via the Ebay site.
In signing for your item from our courier, you are signing to say the package was "received in good order and condition".
We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items if you have signed for them!
