Our family have operated jewellery businesses in Jersey since 1909, and currently operate three stores in the town of St. Helier. We are situated in Jersey's iconic Victorian Central Market and look forward to welcoming you on your next trip to Jersey.

We are more than just retailers, we were the first of Jersey's Goldsmiths to adopt laser technology allowing the precision repair of jewellery without the deconstruction often necessary when using traditional methods. PAYMENTS: Payment is by PayPal only.

P&P: We charge BFPO flat rate of £1.50 up to 2kg, other destinations are by weight (per www.jerseypost.co.uk) plus £1.50 for packaging etc. Postage charges are due to rise on 6th May 2009. For multiple items please await a combined invoice to take advantage of P&P savings.

PACKAGING: Most items will be dispatched in either an air cushioned envelope or in bubble wrap and brown paper. Fragile and collectable grade items will be dispatched in cardboard boxes.

DISPATCH: All items are dispatched same or next working day. 

DELIVERY TIME: All items are sent recorded delivery within the UK. UK delivery time depends upon the Royal Mail, not us, and occasionally may be subject to unavoidable delays on import due to HM Customs and Revenue. 

If you require an item urgently then please contact us before paying for the item and we will issue an invoice for 'next day' delivery. The P&P for special delivery is higher than is stated in the listing.

VAT: Jersey is not subject to VAT. HM Customs and Revenue may charge VAT on your item as it is imported and require you to pay for it before it is delivered.

If VAT is charged on your item then you can reclaim it from us. Please ensure you request receipt at the time of payment as we will require this in order to issue you with a payment.

RETURNS: You may return any items purchased from us, unopened and within seven days, for a full refund (excluding P&P).

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED: If you receive your item and you believe it is not as described or is defective in some way then simply return. Defective items returned in this manner will receive a full refund of all costs including postage both ways.

FEEDBACK: We are always interested in improving our service and so your constructive criticism and feedback is always welcomed. We leave feedback for you once we know that your item has been received and there are no outstanding issues.
