A WORD ABOUT FEEDBACK
I feel the need to address the "Feedback Issue" since ebay, in its "infinite wisdom" has decided that sellers are no longer an important part of the ebay community. With their ridiculious new feedback "policy" an Honest, Hard Working Sellers Feedback Reputation can now be ruined by horrible bidders, non-payers, and others, regardless of how hard we try to be fair and equitable. I pride myself on Prompt & Professional Customer Service. My Feedback record is MUCH BETTER then what is shown, based on Ebay's New Rules that really are harmful to the Seller. I am NOT perfect, don't claim to be, but over the last 10 years, and especially the last COUPLE MONTHS, I have recieved many UNDESERVED Negative & Neutral Comments.
If you have a problem with any item, PLEASE, give me the Common Courtesy to try and FIX the Problem BEFORE leaving Feedback of ANY KIND. In their new system, NEUTRAL FEEDBACK IS THE SAME AS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!! How fair is it to get bad feedback about a problem I knew NOTHING ABOUT?
You would want the same Common Courtesy if you were the seller. How can I FIX a problem if I don't know about it? If you feel my Clearly Listed S&H costs are too much, Please just DON'T BID. I don't want to sound rude or mean, but you would be AMAZED at the bidders who think all sellers are Mind Readers, or won't give the Common Courtest of an email to let you Correct an issue before leaving bad feedback. I have nearly 8000 POSITIVE FEEDBACK COMMENTS, and still maintain a REALISTIC 99% and HIGHER, Positive Feedback Rating as a Power Seller, and I feel that this is the true indication of how I conduct myself on Ebay.
