All our tickets are sent via first class post within 2 days of receiving cleared payment. Marriott pamper days are sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature.

All of the products featured on our website have been carefully selected for Online shopping. Each voucher will show a certificate number which must be quoted when dealing with Ineedpampering.com and which will be used to identify your payment. Vouchers and the associated reference must be kept safely and securely. Ineedpampering.com will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud.  Lost certificates cannot be replaced.

The certificate expiry date will be detailed on your gift certificate and will be between four and twelve months from date of purchase. We cannot guarantee booking times and availability, we always recommend you book in advance.  For full terms please see ineedpampering main site or contact us for details.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, You may return them unused (and not booked) within a period of seven (7) days from the date of purchase and we refund the purchase price or alternatively exchange the gift certificate for another of the same value. A 20% or £20 administration charge will be incurred for exchange, whichever is higher. If the experience has been booked no refund will be granted.

Orders taken over the telephone with customer sevices representative cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged.

Returns Instructions: In the event of faulty or damaged goods, please send the item back to us to: I Need Pampering Ltd, 11-13 New Wakefield Street, Manchester, M1 5NP.  Please note that return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be your responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Complaints: We welcome your feedback on all of our gift certificates. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the host or manager at the venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to put matters right. In general, we consider it unreasonable if you take no action during an event, but then write a letter of complaint at a later date.
