Owing to NON PAYING BIDDERS We reserve the right to cancel the transaction if outstanding payment is not received within 7 days from the end of the auction (without a prior arrangement). We will Request a Response to an email up to 3 times over a 7 day period.

Goods will not normally be sent until money transfer/cheques have been cleared, up to 4 working days.....

Post & Packing:  Extra insurance, in addition to the basic compensation scheme operated by the carrier, is optional and must be requested by the buyer.   Items are despatched on the following days - Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.  A confirmation e-mail WILL be sent, up to 11pm on day of despatch

We guarantee that the consignment will be clearly addressed and appropriately packed and as such We will not accept responsibility for un-insured losses resulting from Items lost or damaged in transit.

We will always retain proof of posting and will give every assistance in the event of a claim on the carrier.

Items Damaged or Lost in the Post - Customers must file there claim with the Royal Mail, however we will retain proof of posting and will give assistance in the event of a claim.

Faulty items must be reported within 7 Days otherwise item will be declared accepted by buyer.
