We do not allow collection under any circumstances so please do not ask.
We aim to dispatch items on a next day basis whenever possible, occasionally an item becomes out of stock for a few days, if there is likely to be a delay of more than 7 days we will contact you.
Faulty items will be replaced or a refund given if no further stock is available. 
All items must be returned in original packaging and condition and be acompanied by a note explaining reason for return,and MUST include buyers ebay username and item number. We cannot trace you purchase details without a username. We recomend that items be sent using recorded delivery or other trackable means.
Buyers should notify us by email immediately on receipt of any items which arrive damaged, and may be required to retain the item and packaging so that we can arrange collection by our carriers.
Refunds will not be given for items returned as faulty if these are checked and found not to be.
Buyers are responsible for payment of return postage.
We dispatch items on a daily basis Monday to Friday and always obtain  a proof of posting certificate for items sent via Royal Mail.  Royal Mail consider an item to be 'in transit' for 15 days from the date of posting, in the unlikely event that your item does not arrive we will send a replacement at the end of the 15 day period.
We only dispatch items upon receipt of cleared payment.
If payment is made by cheque we allow at least seven working days for clearance before items are dispatched.
If payment is made via Paypal using e-cheques, we will only dispatch on notification of cleared payment.
