DeliveryDelivery ChargesAll items are delivered by courier and will require a signature upon receipt.Delivery charges are dependent upon the size and weight of the item, ranging from £7.50 to £35.00 for the heaviest items. VAT at the standard rate will be added to that figure. For a number of items there may be a small charge for additional items but many have no surcharge. Delivery Lead TimesDepending upon your location the vast majority of our products will be delivered to you within 1 - 3 business days. However some specialist and larger items may take longer. These estimated delivery times are shown within each relevant listing. Please Contact Us for a more accurate delivery expectation.Delivery TimesWe use a number of different carriers to deliver your items and deliveries take place between 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately as they will be delivering a number of items during a day - and will plan their route accordingly - it is not possible to estimate accurately exactly what time they may be delivering to you.Delivery DestinationsWe can deliver to any destination on mainland United Kingdom. Unfortunately excessive courier charges and poor reliability mean that we cannot deliver to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. If in any doubt please Contact Us.Delivery of ItemsDepending upon what items you have ordered, it is quite possible that they may be coming from different warehouses - especially if you have ordered a mixture of smaller items and furniture. In this case you will probably get 2 separate deliveries.All items must be signed for and the courier will not leave any goods without obtaining a proof of delivery signature. Due to insurance reasons we are sorry but we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
ReturnsDue to the nature of these items there are obviously certain restrictions on when we can offer a refund should you feel the need to return the item to us. Some specialist items cannot be returned and these are highlighted in the item description. Obviously should the item be substantially different to what we have described or if the item was damaged during the manufacture or shipping process then we will happily give a full refund providing the item is returned to us within 7 working days of receipt. However we will not - under any circumstances - agree to a refund should the item not be what you needed to do a job (i.e. you ordered the wrong item!) or if there is evidence that the item has been used. We are sure you understand the reasoning behind this policy. If you are unsure about what is the correct item for your specific requirement then Contact Us and ask us for our advice. We’ll be more than happy to help. When we have agreed that an item should be returned to us as it is faulty, we will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. All returned goods must be returned complete with all supplied accessories, components, manuals and other documentation and in its original packaging. The returned goods must be returned in a pristine resalable condition, except for any pre-existing damage or defects that we have already been notified about. We will happily issue any refund due on the returned products within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or sooner if originally paid for via Credit Card or PayPal. Our Returns Policy obviously does not conflict with or affect your statutory rights in any way.
PaymentPayment can be made in a number of ways: PAYPAL is our preferred method of payment. You will be automatically sent an invoice at the close of the auction requesting payment via our automated checkout system.
