Drawer, door, bureau or desk lock
Brass semi mortise lock probably dating from the first half of the 20th century but is stock from an old ironmongers / hardware shop and is brand new.
The lock is stamped 'SECURE 2 LEVER' and with a trademark design (see second illustration).
The lock is supplied with one key. (Note that the two locks in stock have interchangeable keys - i.e. both keys fit both locks)

Overall length 3
Overall width 2
Lock body (rebate) length 2
Lock body (rebate) width 1 3/4
Lock body (rebate) thickness 3/8
Distance to centre of keyhole is off set
From edge of rebate 5/8 and 1 1/4 (add 1/2 inch on both sides from the edge of the face plate)
From top 7/8
The lock tongue is 1 inch long and 1/4 thick with a throw of 5/16
