Lladro Buyer - BEWARE.

Be careful buying Lladro or Nao from certain companies. £300 item for £200?  “If it’s too good to be true, it usually is!” springs to mind.  Why would a New Lladro figure not come in the original barcoded box with picture?

A couple of companies selling on Ebay are supplying FACTORY SHOP SECONDS! In Europe SECONDS are only available from The LLADRO FACTORY SHOP IN VALENCIA. Innocent collectors are being caught unknowing to the fact they own a second and not a first. SECONDS are not covered by the LLADRO ASSURANCE PROGRAM! Protect yourself - If the LLADRO - TULIP or NAO - GALLEON is MISSING from the base of your figure or has been GROUND OFF it’s a second and not perfect. Without the FULL LOGO it’s worth less. Always confirm with the seller the backstamp is complete. Don’t get caught and if you have – demand a full refund or replacement and report the matter to Paypal and Ebay! It pays to buy from a recognised and trusted source when collecting
