The dust jacket on this 295-page hardback shows some minimal shelf wear.  Otherwise, it is in excellent used condition.  It is called, "Living Allergy Free: How to Create and Maintain an Allergen-and Irritant-Free Environment," by Eric Gershwin and Edwin Klingelhofer.  It was published in 1992 by Humana Press.

This is a common sense guide to banishing the allergies that plague so many. Explains how allergies occur, what causes them, what symptoms they produce and how to get rid of them. Includes 16 appendices filled with facts such as common sites of mold, a pollen map for the U.S. and foods known to provoke hypersensitive reactions.
