This item is 2nd user. In common with most of our auctions a dead on arrival warranty is the only warranty offered. This means that if the unit does not work when you receive it then we will refund you your bid or buy it now price. We will not pay for a defective item to be returned and it is the responsibility of the buyer to safely return the unit to us in the case of a problem. However, regardless our 7 day dead on arrival warranty applies. All defects must be reported by email within 7 days of the goods arriving and a maximum of 14 days after the despatch of the goods.
You must not remove the warranty seal tags from any items as doing so invalidates the warranty we offer. They are there for your protection to enable us to offer you a refund in the event of a genuine problem. They ensure that goods have not been tampered with.
It is your responsibility to ensure that accessories you wish to use with the unit are compatible with the item. You must research this before buying and certainly before trying them!
Do not have the unit repaired if you decide it is defective unless you want to pay the bill as we will not!
If you think an item is defective, return it for refund please. We will maintain proof of posting records so that the DOA warranty policy can be enforced properly. Please note that we ALWAYS RECORD THE SERIAL NUMBERS OF ITEMS THAT WE DESPATCH. If you return an item and the serial number does not match the one in our database we will not be refunding you... Postage and packaging price is non negotiable and we do no have facilities for customer collection. We reserve the right to remove bids, not sell to bidders from foreign countries, not accept unsuitable methods of payment or if necessary cancel the auction/buy it now facility.
