VAT is included in the final bidding price, and a VAT receipt will accompany your goods. Our opening hours are 10AM - 6PM Monday to Friday.
Collection can be made from our Birmingham address, during the hours mentioned above subject to prior arrangement.

Email or telephone contact should be made within 3 days of purchase, with all payment and delivery details being supplied within 7 days.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Cheques and Postal Orders. Cash on collection from our warehouse.

Due to the courier (Parceline) our minimum carriage amount is £9.50, a surcharge will be added if delivery to be made to Europe, Highlands and Islands or on a Saturday. Please email us at eBay@speedie.co.uk with your post-code for a delivery charge. Delivery time is up to 10 working days after clearance of payment.

Only the cost of the item is refunded. Postage will not be refunded. All items must be returned before we process a refund or send out a replacement.
