Postage & Packing
Items are in perfect condition when posted. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Our system will automatically combine shipment fees for multiple items during checkout. When checking out you will be forwarded to our main site so please do not worry about this. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched immediately and an email will be sent to you confirming the despatch. We try and ship all orders the same day but this can sometimes take longer if demand is high or if questions need answering relating to your order. Most days we can ship orders if we receive them before 4pm.

If you have any special delivery requests or would like a faster delivery service, for example next day delivery, then please get in contact with us and we will be more than happy to help you.

The check-out process will take you to our main site where it will take you through the payment process. PLEASE NOTE: Some computers security settings may not allow access to our main payment site. If this occurs then please get in contact with us and we can take payment either over the phone or directly to our paypal account (through an email address).

If for any reason you do not complete checkout we will not get your order. This means that your item will take considerably longer to arrive.

Should you need to return to checkout at any time you can do so by going to this link: http://www.marketworks.com/pay.asp with your Item Number, and your eBay email address and you can re-attempt / complete the process.

Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. We regret that we cannot offer replacments or refunds for goods not received by our returns department. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any returns from anyone if any of the conditions listed are not met.

We praise ourselves in dealing and responding to customer complaints within 5 working days. Our customer services department treats all complaints in the strictest of confidence, fairly and effectively. (c) Title of goods supplied by us shall pass to the buyer upon receipt of full payment. Until the price of the goods has been paid in full, the relationship between us and the customer in respect of the goods shall be that of bailer and bailey and should the buyer sell the goods before paying ourselves for them, he shall do so at his own risk.
