 Warranty
 
Our products come with an individual manufacturer’s warranty. This is a minimum of 1 year parts and labour. The warranty begins on the day of purchase. Unless it is specifically stated, most of our products are for home use. If a home piece is used within a commercial environment, the warranty will become null and void. For all exports of equipment please contact our sales team to discuss the validity of the warranty.
 
Extended Warranties

Pricing
 
The manufacturers or suppliers recommended retail price will always be displayed. Elite Health and Fitness will never exceed this price and in the majority of cases we will be considerably less. The price displayed is excluding any additional delivery or installation costs that you may opt for at the checkout.

VAT
 
All products listed on the website are inclusive of VAT. Some products within the Sports Nutrition section are priced excluding VAT.
 
Elite Health and Fitness Price Promise
 
Elite Health and Fitness promises to refund the difference in price should you find the product cheaper anywhere else. To claim the refund you will be required to provide a proof of purchase and evidence that the product was cheaper on that specific day of purchase. If you have not yet purchased the product but have seen it elsewhere, please call us on 08006126206 and we will do our best to match the price.
 
Please note the terms and conditions of the price promise:

    * It must be the same product
    * The product must be in stock at the competitor
    * Delivery and additional surcharges must be considered into the overall transaction price
    * We are not obliged to price match ebay listings or any other auction sites
    * The price match is only valid on the day of purchase. If the product is discounted after the date of purchase, it does not qualify for the price match        promise
    * You must provide proof of purchase and evidence of whom we are price matching. This will then be verified.

Delivery Terms and Conditions
 
Free delivery is offered with most purchases above £95.00. Customers will be informed of any delivery charge prior to ordering. Items will be delivered in a box to be assembled by the customer unless an installation service has been purchased. Please note that a free delivery service is often via a courier service, therefore they are not insured to take the product into your property. Normal delivery time is 5-10 working days. Or a free service will deliver your goods between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
 
Chargeable Deliveries
 
A boxed delivery (without assembly) but taken into the property can be offered for £35. This service is applicable to customers within the Greater London vicinity. If you are outside of London, please contact our sales team for a quotation.
 
Should you wish us to disassemble / remove or relocate your current home gym, please contact us for a quotation.
 
Professional installation costs
 
For customers that require assembly of their product, Elite Health and Fitness charge a rate of £125. This price includes a specified date of installation, assembly and set up of the product in a room of your choice and the removal of excess refuse. Should you require a time specific slot, this can be offered for an additional £25. The time slots that can be given are a 2-3 hour time slot.
 
For same day deliveries or installation costs please contact a member of our sales team. This can be offered subject to stock availability and availability of our local delivery and installation team. There will be a premium rate for this service. The price is upon application and is subject to the scale of the request.
 
Accepting the delivery
 
Upon the receipt of the delivery, you will be required to sign for the goods that you are receiving. Please ensure that you inspect the outer packaging for signs of damage and annotate the delivery note accordingly. We are not able to accept claims for damaged goods if you have not indicated the suspected damage on the delivery note.
 
If you cannot inspect the goods that day, please ensure that you inform us in writing that you have accepted and signed for the parcel as a damaged parcel. Any damages of the stock itself, must be rep
