The LDD-1 incorporates fully automated "intelligent" switching between S/PDIF and AC-3/RF input, meaning that any laserdisc will automatically be decoded to it?s maximum inherent quality.
A stringently designed outboard power supply ensures maximum signal purity. A low-voltage "turn on trigger" input is included for interconnection to the processors such as the Lexicon DC-1, DC-2, MC-1 etc remote outputs, producing fully integrated system operation.
