Letter from Sir Edwin Andrew Cornwall, Liberal M.P. for Bethnal Green.

House of Commons headed letter dated July 25, 1907 congratulating a "Master Seymour"  on winning a scholarship and offering him some advice for the future. Only the second page containing the signature is shown.
