My dear Miss Woodward
Thank you very much for telling me that dear Miss Milman is in Clevedon. I shall be so glad to see her again for I spent many days with her in Calcutta + the Bishop many weeks in our Bungalow at Hazaribaugh [?] We have an engagement for Monday afternoon or we should be most pleased to accompany you to the sale of work at Walton. I have therefore written to her to propose calling upon her on Monday morning instead + I hope I may prevail upon her to come + pay us a visit after her Clevedon one is over. We were so sorry to find you from home when we called last week, but I hope it will not be very long before we have the pleasure of seeing you all again. I hope your sister is gaining strength this lovely autumn weather. I long to see her again. Tell her so when you write, with my kind love + with kind regards to Mrs Woodward + yourself.
