Return Policy

• All purchases made from this site may be returned in first 14 calendar days after purchase for the full refund, excluding any shipping and handling fees. Buyer is responsible for shipping item(s) back. We don't accept COD or freight collect shipments. All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. Original boxes, packing materials, wrappers, and cartons are to be returned without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Products returned in unacceptable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of the seller.

• If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us within 7 days from the date you receive your order. If found defective a replacement will be shipped immediately under sellers expense. Units returned for exchange and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense. • No refund or exchange will be issued without prior authorization. Please contact us before sending your item back. All products send back for return or exchange must be received by seller within 14 calendar days from the date the return authorization is issued. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

• Shipping/Handling/Insurance charges are non-refundable in any circumstances.
