This set has never been put together. I have had it stored away for several years and it is 100% complete.

Of the six part packs in the box, five are still sealed and have never been opened. Only one pack has been opened and those pieces have been kept together in a sealed plastic baggie. The original instructions are still in the box.

This set was released in 2005 and is based on the movie "Star Wars Episode III - Revenge of the Sith". This set has long been out of production and is no longer available in retail stores.

This is a nice BIG LEGO Star Wars kit. The large ARC-170 Starfighter has wings that open and close and removable cockpit canopies to access the minifigures. This is a very nice set.

We specialize in selling name brand factory new products at below retail costs. These items will always be listed as “NEW”.

From time to time we also sell used items, mostly of a collectible nature. These items will be sold “As Is”. By bidding on used items the buyer understands and accepts that items are represented, through description and pictures, to the best of our ability. Bids are placed with the knowledge that it is a used item and may contain unseen faults that the buyer takes responsibility for.

In all cases, returns will only be accepted under rare circumstances when the item may not be as described in the ad. Please note that returns of uninsured items that have been damaged in the shipping process will not be accepted. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable unless we have made an error in the listing.

Returns must be pre-authorized and must be received within 15 days of purchase. All returned items must be received in the condition in which they were sent along with any original factory packaging.

In addition to the above requirements, buyers who return items will need to agree to the eBay procedure explained below:

EBay takes their commission as soon as a sale is made. The only way that eBay allows the seller to recover this amount is to file what they call an "Unpaid Item Dispute". For returns, this procedure requires that once the buyer sends the item back, the seller must file the above-mentioned dispute. EBay will then contact you to confirm your agreement to end the transaction. Only after your confirmation is received will eBay refund the commission to the seller, thereby making it possible for a refund to be made to the buyer.

We ship two or three times a week. In most cases your item will ship within 48 hours of payment.

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Please write for a shipping quote before making your purchase. Also, please be advised that we can only accept payments through Paypal for orders made outside the United States. No other form of payment will be accepted for international orders. Items being shipped outside of the United States will be sent via Priority Mail International. Custom forms will list the item and cannot be marked as "gift". We are not responsible for delays or charges due to CUSTOMS.

DSR (Detailed Seller Ratings) explained:

After your transaction has been completed eBay allows you to leave feedback for the seller. Feedback is a very important tool for sellers because it reflects their past reliability and service. In addition to regular feedback there is now a new aspect of the feedback process that has caused confusion and controversy. This new process is called the DSR system. It is basically a 5 star rating system that grades the seller in 4 categories. The problem with this rating system is that with most other 5 star ratings, a grade of 4 stars would be a respectable grade. With this system however, 4 stars is looked upon by eBay as failure and the seller is monetarily penalized. We ask that if you are satisfied with your purchase and our service that you leave us a 5 star rating. This will be very much appreciated and will help to keep our prices down.

One more point we would like to make is that the last category of this rating system is actually not in our control. It is the rating for “shipping and handling charges”. Although eBay does allow it, we do not charge for handling. Our shipping charges are generally for the actual shipping cost or in some cases less than what our shipping cost is. Shipping keeps going up all the time and we have absolutely no control over it. Anything less than 5 stars in this category is unjustified. Thank you for your help and cooperation with this convoluted rating system.
