Domestic shipping:
We usually post your item(s) to the post office within 24 hours after your payment has cleared.  We have mail pick-up everyday, 6 days a week at our toy store.
I ship products using USPS, therefore it could take up to 14 days for your item to be delivered.  Usually it gets there in under 5 days.
Tracking or insurance is included in the shipping price.
Local pickup available upon request.

International shipping:
We usually post your item(s) to the post office within 24 hours after your payment has cleared.  We have mail pick-up everyday, 6 days a week at our toy store.
I ship products using USPS, therefore International shipping can take up to 30 days for your item to be delivered.
Please, be aware of your local customs office for details on how you can claim items if your package has been delayed longer than 15 days above normal delivery time.
Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees.

Returns and Refunds:

Return Policy - We are proud to offer 100% satisfaction guarantee within reason.

• I will accept returns, within 7 days of close of transaction within reason. Returns are based on buyer contact. Please contact us so we can discuss means to an amicable solution.
