Our sets consist of mostly clean, new-looking parts which usually came from one collection - there are often some original special parts, which could show a light, but consistent, level of wear. We are re-constructing vintage Lego sets from bulk purchases, using the original parts whenever possible. We do not guarantee that every part used is from the original set, but we make every attempt to use only the specific parts called for in the instructions. We will always try to clearly identify any discrepancies that are found and/or unavoidable substitutions that are made. These are not original, factory-sealed sets, so mistakes will happen. The published inventory list will occasionally be wrong, and we sometimes pull the wrong part when we are collecting the pieces in our shop. If you discover missing and/or incorrect pieces, we will promptly send you the correct pieces. An Important Safety Message: Some LEGO® sets contain small parts that are NOT suitable for and may pose a hazard to children under 3 years of age. LEGO® DUPLO® sets have larger pieces which are specially designed for children under 3. The item that is pictured is the item that you will receive, but some disassembly might be necessary to pack and ship the item.
