Payment is via PayPal.  Cheques and Postal Orders will be accepted on UK orders only and only where the listing specifies.

PayPal transactions are fast and secure, our personal financial information is not shared, and there's no risk of cheques waiting to clear or getting lost in the post.

Full payment is required within 3 days at end of auction with the exception of buy it now, where payment becomes due immediately. No contact from the winning bidder within this timescale will result in a reminder email.

Non-payment/contact within 7 days of listing coming to an end will assume the transaction ended and reported to eBid.

Your item will be securely packaged and posted within 2 working days upon receipt of cleared funds

The postal charge also includes a fee to prepare/transport an item, the full cost of the packaging and administration.  Please bear this in mind when bidding; IT IS NOT just the cost of the stamp.  Postal discounts will be offered where more than one item is purchased at the same time, although it may be that your items will be delivered separately at no extra charge.  Capped shipping may be offered to help reduce costs for multiple item purchases.

PLEASE ensure that your postal address is correct on your PayPal account, as I will only ship to this address. If you require an alternative delivery address, please amend prior to forwarding payment.  Allow extra time on weekends and bank holiday periods and if paying by cheque, please allow for postal delays and cheque clearance.  Items will not be despatched until cleared payment has been received.

All items are sent Royal Mail 1st class Standard or Recorded Signed For delivery and I obtain proof of posting for all shipments. Please note that once the goods have been sent, I will not assume responsibility for non-receipt or damage in transit, although I will pass on the postage paperwork if necessary.  The Buyer takes responsibility of all shipping charges and these charges are NOT refundable in any circumstances.

Upon satisfactory receipt of your goods, I would appreciate it if you could leave feedback for me. This indicates that the items have arrived safely and that you are happy with the sale. I will then leave feedback for you.  I reserve the right to add to this in the event of further communication regarding the same listing.
If there is any problem with the sale, I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this before leaving or receiving negative feedback.

I will accept returns on items sold as "new" only, and returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging for resale within seven days of receipt.  Please advise me of the problem by clicking on the "contact member" link prior to returning the item.
*Please note that due to hygiene reasons, jewellery is non-returnable except where faulty.

Buyer is to pay returns postage and will only be refunded item purchase price - postage either way will not be reimbursed.

All items sold by me are checked before despatch to ensure they are not sent out faulty or damaged, if there is any doubt, it will be added to the product description before selling.

I sell various items, "new" and "as new" and list in auction and buy it now format.  I believe that I can then offer the best of both worlds - ie, those who like the excitement of the race to win the item, and also those who "want it now"!!

All products sold by me are tested where possible, but in the event of a faulty item being despatched inadvertently, I will do my utmost to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.  I am, myself, an eBidder and would expect the same service from a fellow seller.
