Returns

We operate a no quibble 28 day refund/exchange policy. A full refund, excluding initial p&p charges, will be given providing goods are posted back within 28 days of receipt, as new, unworn and the buyer pays the return postage costs. 


When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim. 


We appreciate that shoe boxes may become slightly damaged in transit, however, we cannot accept returns on items where the packaging has been written on, taped up, or in the case of clothing, where the bags have been excessively torn.
