We provide a lot for your money! Step 1 - The process starts with us checking your product and all its accessories to make sure it is in perfect working order. Step 2 - A pro musician looks over the instrument and tunes it to make sure it plays well.* Step 3 - We use a specially designed double walled cardboard box to package your product. Step 4 - We dispatch your parcel via a 24 hour Parcel Force service.
All this ensures your purchase will arrive promptly and in A1 condition.
(* please note – although every instrument is tuned before it leaves us, it is quite normal for it not to be in perfect tune when you take it out the box. Instrument tuning is effected by all sorts of things including temperature and humidity. We recommend you tune the instrument before each playing session)
