It’s with pleasure we offer for sale this simply stunning GAZ 2705 LWB Panel Van.
She is almost like new, in almost perfect condition. She was supplied by the GAZ Industries, Russia in late 2001 to an offshoot of MG Rover Holdings Ltd to test the market acceptance of GAZ Industries products by being used in the Spanish and Portuguese Motor shows in 2002. After the motor shows the van was driven back to Birmingham and stored with a mileage just under 4000km, until recently when it was released by the official receiver and sold.
The market tests were obviously a success, (which is more than can be said of MG Rover Group), as Gaz vans, including this model which is still sold today are now imported and sold throughout Europe including Spain. The van retains the original KPH dash and LHD lights; the van is obviously HPI clear.
The GAZ 2705 is a combination of a MK 3 Ford Transit with an Iveco designed engine. The engine is 2134cc Turbo Diesel which produces 110bhp driven via a 5 speed gearbox to the rear wheels. They are very rugged, (they are sold to many armies throughout the world), simple and very reliable, have very high suspension setup, (a 4x4 version is also produced), and has a good load capacity of over 9 sq metres/1350kg. More info can be found on the GAZ site by a Google search of GAZ 2705.
She is finished in solid white which is in very good condition; there are just a couple of stone chips to the front and a couple very slight scuffs to the side aches and a very small light dent on the rear door. The wheels are all basically new so have no kerbing marks and shod with almost new matching set of high load tyres.
Internally, the van is a very basic specification; the only extras fitted are power steering and a fire extinguisher. The seating for three is very comfortable and there is a full bulkhead installed.
Mechanically she is perfect, there are no strange noises, the engine is strong, gearbox smooth, the braking system perfect and she tracks straight and true and there are no signs of any previous accident damage.
We have just serviced her and had her MOT tested ready for her new owner.
The van is available for viewing strictly by appointment in Witney, Oxfordshire and is ready for viewing now. Try finding another van in this condition and with this mileage!
We accept all debit and credit cards for payment including American Express, (credit cards are subject to a 2% charge).

I will leave you with a little quote for you to think about as there are many LHD 'bargains' out there which are not what they purport to be, have hidden problems like the VAT has not been paid when imported, previous accident damage etc.....
"It's unwise to pay too much, but it's also unwise to pay too little. When you pay too much you lose a little money – that’s all.
When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing you bought it to do.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. It can't be done. If you buy the cheapest, it's well to add something for the risk you take. And if you do that, you will have enough money to pay for something better"
John Ruskin (1819 - 1900).
