All items will be delivered to you in three different shipping formats. They are Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery, the postal options will be given dependant upon weight and size. All orders that are processed will be posted in the most convenient way possible, so you the customer will receive it as quickly as possible and in excellent condition.

(Items will be priced upon weight and size but also value, so sometimes it may mean a different form of transport to that originally given to you at checkout).

Our policy is if it is still in its original packaging UNOPENED and BRAND NEW condition and within 7 days of purchase then you can contact us with the reasons as to why your item is to be returned via email. If seals are broken, then the item will NOT be accepted. All faults need to be reported to our returns team at sales@swissknifeandtool.co.uk prior to return. Do NOT under any circumstances return your item(s) without contacting us first. All returns incur a £3 handling fee. Postage and handling charges are non refundable.
