 This is a Brand New 32MB Tag Reader in Pink.  It is not the older version 16 MB.  These retail for 49.99.  Returns are not accepted, because they have a Warranty with the LeapFrog Company, so if there is any defect whatsoever, you can get it replaced by taking it and exchanging it at Walmart, Target, or Kmart, or by sending it back to the company.  This box has NEVER been opened, and was purchased two days ago.
