I describe all items to the best of my ability. I will take additional pictures if needed to. I cannot be responsible for items once they leave me. I would encourage adding insurance to all items that are purchased. I really am at my wits end due to this shipping insurance. I have been burned a few times because customers DID NOT want to insure their packages. The item ended up broke and I package my things terrible BLAH, BLAH, BLAH! I did start requiring that you purchase insurance, just to protect myself and the customer. Then I get notified that my shipping price are to high. What's one to do? This is the deal from now on. I always offer insurance, if you turn it down and your item gets damaged. Contact me within 7 days of receiving item and let me know. I have been collecting interesting things all my life. I worked at a rock shop in Colorado and developed a great affection for Rocks and Minerals. The Brazilian Agate slices have always been one of my favorites. My husband has just recently retired from the US Army and now I have a partner in business.
