Payment
Payment should be made within 7 days of the auction finishing. We accept all types of payment. PayPal is our preferred method of payment but we also accept postal orders, and cheques. Please note that all crossed postal orders and cheques take approx 5 working days to clear. If you wish to pay by credit or Debit card other than through PayPal, we can now take them over the phone. Send us your phone number via the Ebay messaging system and as soon as someone is free we will call you for your details.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, ( We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays ) We can not accept responsibility for the delivery time by our agents. If an item is sent by courier we will require a telephone number and can not release your item until it is received. Proof of posting is always obtained and in the event of a claim can be produced.
Collection
On most of our items you are welcome to come and collect them from either our warehouse or shop in Great Yarmouth. We do not charge anything extra for this service unlike some Ebayers. All we ask is you contact us first to arrange a suitable time.
Postage costs
Please note our postage cost are very competitive, we charge the postage cost which is displayed on your item when it arrives plus a £1 charge which covers the cost of the packaging and any other costs involved in getting your item to you safely.
Please note different charges may apply for courier deliveries to the Highlands, Ireland and Northern Ireland and the rest of the world. Please contact us through Ebay's messaging system for charges before buying.
Combined purchases
We welcome combined orders. The first item will be charged at the highest postage rate, then every item after will charged at 75p until you reach our maximum postage cost of £8.99. On some occasions the postage service will change depending on what you order, but we will only offer an upgraded service.
Returns Policy
Faulty Items
In the rare event something is either not working or damaged when it arrives, you should contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will then arrange for the item to be returned and for a replacement item to be sent. In the event the item can not be replaced a refund will be given. Please note we can not refund any postage costs.
Non Faulty Items
We appreciate from time to time you may wish to return a product, that is fine as long as it is in its original packaging, and unused. When the item has been received by us, we will issue a refund minus any delivery costs and a 10% restocking fee, this is to cover any fees we have occurred. Please note we recommend a recorded delivery service to return your goods as it is your responsibility until we have received it.
