Brand New supercute latex rubber Kitty Bell Collar

This is a 1" wide black or red collar with a large silver metal bell (which faintly chimes when you move), and optional coloured stripe, fastening with a buckle at the back of the neck.  It is made from high quality rubber and is glued and rivetted, not cheaply moulded.
