Please contact us before returning an item. If there has been an error on our part or the item is defective, we will try to replace it. If you are wish to return your purchase up to 7 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, return will be at customers expense and we will refund the purchase price of the item only. We cannot accept goods returned later than 14 days (elsewhere) from date of posting. These items must have been tried on over underclothes, be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Items are checked thoroughly on return. Obviously used items and items with smelling of smoke, deodorant etc will NOT be refunded. (Again the actions of a few have caused us to take a firmer stance in our policies than we would otherwise wish). Friendly eBay Dispute Action may be required to recover our fees.
