On offer a late 1940's wide brim, shallow crown straw hat trimmed with grosgrain ribbon and large artificial flowers.

This stylish hat, designed to be worn at a jaunty angle, has added interest when viewed from the underside as it is decorated with a cream flower, a gerber, I think.

The straw is in good condition considering its age and its use. I have gently wiped the straw to restore it to the colour of the straw on the underside.

Condition-I can see no breaks in the straw, the brim is undamaged. The hat would benefit for being stored on a padded hat stand as the crown is a little soft. A useable piece.

Measurements-Internal band measurement-21.5", Brim width from crown-3".

The hat will arrive with you well protected and packed.
