Normal despatch is within 24 hrs of payment (or after cheque clearance where necessary). However, there is no despatch on Wednesdays, and weekend purchases are despatched on the following Monday. Returns

Unfortunately all kinds of manufactured goods can sometimes suffer problems, even when new. Poplar Island always accepts the return for replacement or refund of any item which is found on arrival to be defective or which has been factually inaccurately described, without quibble. Please email via the eBay “Contact Seller” facility with details of the problem within 7 days of the item’s arrival for full return instructions. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
