Return policy
Any damage must be notified to Wye Pine on receipt. After a period of 7 days damage will be assumed to have occurred after delivery.

If you wish to return any furniture to Wye Pine please notify us within 7 days where we will arrange to collect the item. Please note all items returned to Wye Pine, other than damaged or faulty will be subject to a restocking and administration charge. Refunds due will be for merchandise only, minus any delivery charges (both ways), restocking, credit card and administraion charges. Returned goods must be unused and in perfect condition.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of items and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged. Please be aware that refunds are made by cheque only.
