About the Artist :

Helena is best known as the "Naturally Born Artist." Artistically expressive elements seen in her paintings are due to her great fortune in studying in the artistic society in New York with several master painters for quite a period of time. After specializing in graphic design, she pursued a career in advertising as an art director, as well as a floral designer, jewelry designer, and decorative artist. Further education included advanced standings in the fine art program for her associates in art and studies with several master Plein Air artists.

After six years of studying fine art and devoting personal time to a small private art school for gifted young students, Helena now dedicates herself for improvement in excellence of her own artworks. She considers herself to be a "traditionally based contemporary decorative artist," creating traditional artwork in a more contemporary style.

Helena's style is reminiscent of the artistic environment that she enjoyed from her childhood. Her subject matter is primarily drawn from vivid imagination and creativity. She describes her paintings as "traditional, contemporary and decorative."
