This unique Victorian era tile was produced by Minton Hollings and Co. during the 1880s.  The tile is 8 inches by 8 inches.  It is marked on the back "Minton Hollings and Co Patent Tile Works Stoke on Trent"  It has tiny chips on the right side and some rubbed areas on the edges which do not detract from the tile.  It also has a small area of discoloration above the bird.
