A large pub ashtray, grey ceramic with gold lettering for Holsten Export, and red logo in the centre.  The basemark is HCW Prompots 01-394-2785 Made in Great Britain.  In good condition with some scuffing and two very small chips at the corners.  It is 15cm x 14cm x 4cm and very heavy - may be collected to avoid the regrettably high postal charges.   Sorry, no overseas shipping on this item.

Pub ashtrays like this are already becoming the antiques of the future, now that smoking is banned everywhere in the UK.
