Please read the following before bidding:

·       If you are new to ebay, please do not bid unless you are sure you want the item and have asked all pertinent questions.

·       Most of the items we sell come from estate cleanouts in upsate New York.

·       We are not experts concerning many of the items we sell; however, we do try to represent them as accurately as possible.

·       Please email us with any questions before you place your bid. We will be happy to send more pictures should you want any.

·       Most, if not all, of the items we sell are vintage or antique. We do not know everything that is supposed to be included with a lot of what we sell. We try to show as much as possible in the pictures. If something looks like it’s missing or out of place, ask us about it.

·       All items are insured for the amount of purchase. We pack our items with the utmost care, so any damage incurred during shipping will need to be taken up with USPS. 

·       We do not send items out on a daily basis; therefore, unless we go to the PO the day after we receive payment, even priority shipping may take up to a week to receive. However, should you need an item immediately, we will make it a point to mail your item out the day we receive payment. Please do not ask us to alter shipping and handling charges "after" you win an item--more often than not we wind up paying for extra shipping charges. We hire someone to wrap and send out our packages, so that is also added into the cost of shipping. Thanks.

·       If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, PLEASE contact us before leaving negative feedback. We would much prefer working out any issues PRIOR to getting to that stage. We want our customers to be happy.
