The Highlander Ruckcase II has a huge capacity of 70 litres plus a 20 litres detachable daysack. The shoulder and hip straps for the rucksack can be zipped away in a compartment which makes it ideal for the airport carousel, cargo holds etc. It can be carried like a suitcase or holdall and worn like a rucksack. The main 70 litres compartment can be split into two with easy access to both areas, ideal for separating clothing. The main compartment has a huge zip so it opens like a suitcase rather than a rucksack allowing you quick and easy access. There is also a mesh bag inside, ideal for toiletries. Other features are attachment straps and points on the outside for mats, sleeping bags etc.

The daysack zips off and has its own straps for use as a backpack. It has two zipped pockets and a daisy chain runs down the front, great for clipping on bottles etc. Together the Highlander Ruckcase I has a huge capacity of 90 litres.

Fast shipping is our brand name. We will post your item on the same working day if the payment is received before noon. If the payment is received after noon on a working day, we will post the item on the next working day or if paid after 12 on Friday, the item will be posted on Monday morning.

We use first class postal service for smaller items and DHL 24 hours for larger. The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. These delivery times may vary due to a busy period or other similar circumstances which are out of our control and because of this we cannot be held responsible for delays in postal deliveries. If you don't receive your item within 5 working days from the day it was dispatched please e-mail us.

To pay for an item purchased from us you need to have a PayPal account, a cheque or you can buy a postal order from a Post Office and post it to us. We prefer electronic payments by PayPal because is the safest and quickest method of payment available. All major credit and debit cards are accepted through PayPal. We don't have the facility to accept credit and debit cards over the phone or in person.

To pay by personal cheque or a postal order you need to write the item number on the back of the personal cheque or postal order, include a copy of the item page with your postal address and send it to us within 7 days from the day you purchased your item. Once the postal payment has been received, we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge this. If you send a postal order we will ship your item immediately, however, if you send a personal cheque we will need 5 working days for the cheque to clear. Once the cheque clears successfully we will post your item immediately. Please make a payment within 7 days to avoid unpaid item reminder being issued against you which will subsequently lead to unpaid item strike.

We guarantee that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service and will credit such products provided the goods complained of are returned, together with full particulars of the alleged defect. We guarantee that the goods are fit for their intended use and you are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you put the goods to a use which is not intended.

In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty, please return the product in the original packaging for a full refund (including return shipping) or replacement. If the goods are unsuitable (don’t fit for example), a refund for the purchased price will be offered (Please note that worn or used items are not returnable and postage costs are not refundable). You will be obliged to pay the cost for the return shipping. We will endeavour to advise you and hopefully provide you with a suitable replacement - and would share the outward shipping cost on the replacement pair.
