PLEASE read the information below before bidding!

  Payments:  We  accept PayPal and Cashier Checks/Money Orders.  If mailing a MO or Cashiers Check, it needs to be mailed the next business day.  We DO NOT accept personal Checks or foreign money Orders!

Please  pay for your purchase within 3 days via PayPal.   If you are mailing funds, they need to be received within 7 days. Remember, E-Checks take 4 Business Days to clear your bank. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, we assume you are a non paying bidder, items will be re-listed and you will be blocked from bidding on our items.  If Mailing funds, we need to be told when to expect them.

Shipping: We do ship Worldwide, except the items that are prohibited, with Insurance at our descretion.  We try to be fair in our rates.  If out of US 48 you need to "Ask Seller a Question" for rates.  We ship in most cases within 12 hours. If  you need this item for a specific date, we must be told. We will ship ASAP.  If payment is made by noon CST your shipment will most likely be shipped the same day.  You will be sent an email from USPS or UPS with a tracking number.  Please, if it is blocked you will not be able to track, so enable it in your E-mail. Please allow 10 -15 business days for delivery.  Scroll to the bottom of the email for the tracking #.  Please hold onto that email and track your item.  We are not responsible for items lost by USPS unless Insurance is paid.
 

We will be glad to discount  Shipping/handling when winning 2 or more auctions from us.  You  must request this discount before paying for any item.  There is no discount when combining  media mail items with another auction.   
Refunds & Exchanges:    NO Cash Refunds will be given unless the item is damaged and we do not have any more in stock...  You need to notify us the day you receive the damaged item.  You will have 7 days to return the item to us. No Refunds or exchanges on any item after 7 days.

Insurance:  Insurance is optional on most items; however we do suggest you purchase the insurance for any breakable items. Damages that are incurred in shipping on non-insured items will NOT be compensated by us.  Insurance is not just for broken goods, it is for mis-placed items and undelivered items by the USPS. You will need to follow the guidelines in order to collect on the insurance. A digital camera is necessary for the pictures we require. NO regular photos will be accepted. If the item is insured we will replace or refund immediately after receiving the proper paper work and following the guidelines.

Feedback: Feedback is very important to the seller and the buyer.  Once you receive your purchase, inspect it, make sure it what you ordered and if you are pleased...tell everyone, by leaving feedback.  If you are unhappy, tell us. Let us have the opportunity to make it right.   We in-turn will do the same. Feedback cannot be reversed, therefore; be accurate and fair.  Leaving negative feedback just because we will not replace an item that you did not purchase insurance on is not very nice.
