There are many Ebayers who claim to be able to decode your radio, and if you check them out, they offer nothing more than making up a ramdom code number or more usually will sell a cheap 99p disc that can actually damage and permanently lock up your stereo with the numbers they generate. If you purchase this item and send us, along with payment, an E-Mail with the required radio information, we will enter these details into our Decoding Station and E-Mail you back with your Code number. How fast your code comes back to you really depends on workload at the time, but generally within a few hours. 

If you have a Becker

All of the information can be found on the label on the side. The serial number is 8 digits long, the Model No will start with a BE ???? and the TYP will be a name.

Your Information will appear as    Becker     BE 4775     TRAFFIC PRO     12345678

If you have a Blaupunkt

All of the information can be found on the label on the side. The serial number is 14 digits long and will match the engraved number that is found near the label. Next we need the 10 digit part number and the final bit of info is the Model Name.

If you have a Philips

First of all we need the model number, it will be found on a label and will look something like 22DC594/60E
Next we need the engraved 14 digit serial number from the side of the radio. This is the one that gives most confusion, but I do not understand why, so just to make it very clear, This 14 digit number is only ENGRAVED onto the side of the radio, it is NOT found on any labels. Please do not send other radio numbers from the labels, as it can confuse our automated system and may delay your return code number.

If you have a Visteon

All of the information can be found on the label on the side. Model Number, Part Number and Serial Number are all easily marked and identified.

If for any reason we are unable to supply your correct code number by E-Mail, then we will credit this payment against the cost of sending the radio to us for a full manual Decode, costs of which are readily available on our website. This prevents people from claiming that our numbers don`t work! (But rarely happens). 

If your radio is codelocked and you have entered too many incorrect numbers, then check out our main website for further information on what you need to do next. If your radio does not unlock itself for a new code to be entered, then this listing may not help you as your radio will need to come over to me on one of our other listings to be manually reprogrammed and reset. You will also find on our website a full list of Stereo`s that we can decode, and details about our Service and Repair Centre.

This E-Code service only covers the models shown below, and if you have one that is not on our list, then it is NOT covered by this E-Mail service.  The procedure for sending us any radios highlighted in red can be found under the relevant Model / Manufacturer in our Ebay shop.
