We have shipped our products all around the world, from Norway to New Zealand, South Africa to Canada, you name a country and we have more than likely shipped our products there.

Deliveries

Q: What delivery companies do you use?

A: We use either UPS or Royal Mail International Air Mail

Q: How long will it take to receive my purchases?

A: Delivery times can vary from 2 working days to 5 working days, depending upon the size of the order and how quickly they are processed through your countries customs.

All tracking details are provided upon dispatch of your goods, so you can track your purchase to your doorstep.

UK:

• If you reside in the UK you are required to pay V.A.T at the standard rate of 15%.
• If you are V.A.T registered, you may be eligable to claim your V.A.T on the purchase made.

EU:

If you reside in the EU and are V.A.T registered, then we will not charge you V.A.T on your purchase, however we will need to verify your V.A.T number before we deduct this. If we deduct this charge then you will be required to charge yourself the V.A.T that is applicable within your own country, (this is your responsibility).

If you reside in the EU and are not VAT registered, you will be charged V.A.T at the standard rate of 15%

Worlwide:

If you reside in a non-EU country, such as Australia or the United States, and have no permanent address or establishment in the European Union, then you are not required to pay Value-Added Tax (V.A.T) in the European Union.

Purchase Cancellations:

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by telephone on 08442885490 or by email at sales@enduromobile.com   You may also withdraw from the purchase no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product by:

• sending the notice of cancellation by email to sales@enduromobile.com You MUST quote your name, address, ebay item number; or
• where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to enduromobile.com unopened, unused and undamaged together with the original invoice. enduromobile.com will refund you the purchase price of the goods. Where appropriate enduromobile.com shall refund any additional customs duties borne by you on receipt of the relevant customs receipt.

Once EnduroMobile.com receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to enduromobile.com from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account / paypal account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods you wish to return are received by enduromobile.com in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. Please allow 30 days from our receipt of your returned item(s) for the refund to be dealt with. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to enduromobile.com

enduromobile.com reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion. enduromobile.com also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Non Faulty Returns

For the Return of non-faulty items:

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 7 days of receipt, please do the following -

• contact our returns department on 08442885490 or by e-mail at: returns@enduromobile.com: to get a returns number.
• return the item to us by post. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery, so we recommend that you get a certificate of posting.
• we will refund your original purchase cost, excluding your and our postage costs.
• the product and any associated retail packing must be returned in mint condition. enduromobile.com reserves the right to charge the customer where this is not the case.

Warranty Returns

For the return of faulty items:

If an item develops a fault within the guarantee period, please follow the procedure below: -

• you must first contact our returns department on 08442885490 or by e-mail at: returns@enduromobile.com
• If a replacement or repair is necessary you will be requested to send the product to the RETURNS DEPT. at Unit 4a, Roxby Road, Industrial Estate, Winterton, North Lincolnshire, DN15 9SU, together with a completed Returns Authorisation Number. Any products returns without a RAN will not be processed. (Please obtain the authorisation number before despatching equipment to enduromobile.com).
• You should then repackage the item and ship it with a the RAN. Mark clearly on the outside of the package the Returns Authorisation Number - if this is omitted it may result in your return being delayed or refused at our goods inwards facility.

All electrical products are covered by a twelve month manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact enduromobile.com and we will advise you where to send it for repair. It is a "return to base" warranty therefore there will be a delivery charge to return the product back to the relevant UK service centre.

Manufacturer’s Extended Warranty:

Where products are covered by extended manufacturer’s warranty (example: Sonim’s 3 year warranty on Tough Phones) enduromobile.com will endeavour to help its customers liaise with the relevant manufacturer during the extended warranty period to ensure warranty replacements are carried out where proven to be required. Please call our returns team for assistance in this instance and they will advise of each manufacturer's returns process.

PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS:

Units and Items returned remain the customer’s property until received by enduromobile.com. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate packaging is applied to avoid transit damage. Any damage found will be recorded and notification made to the customer. Any unauthorised upgrade to the equipment must be advised before return.

It is also recommended that a 'proof of delivery' style carriage method is used for returns as enduromobile.com are unable to provide refunds for goods that are lost in transit.
