We aim to despatch goods within 14 days of payment clearing.  Goods are sent via courier, (unless otherwise stated) usually 48 hour service within UK.  Charges depend on weight & dimensions of consignment.  There is a higher charge for items sent to  Highlands & Ireland. Some items are available for international shipment - please email for carriage cost before purchasing...Buyer pays all carriage charges. Please ensure there is someone home to accept delivery.  If there is a charge for being carded this will be invoiced to you for payment.  If you  agree for goods to be left somewhere, this is entirely at your own risk - no signature means no claim & no refund or replacement if damaged in transit! Please check item thoroughly before signing the delivery note -  we advise you sign as damaged - if signed for as 'received in good condition' then discover item is damaged we may not be able to claim from the carrier which means no replacement or refund for you!!!
