Please contact us within 3 days of item ending to advise payment method. Will accept Paypal (no e-cheques please!), cheque or credit card payments. We can accept cash if item is being collected. Paypal preferred on all international purchases please.  Items must be collected within 1 week of purchase unless otherwise agreed.  If paying by cheque item will only be posted once payment clears. We aim to despatch goods within 14 days of payment clearing.  Goods are sent via courier, (unless otherwise stated) usually 48 hour service within UK.  Charges depend on weight & dimensions of consignment.  There is a higher charge for items sent to  Highlands & Ireland. Reduced rates on multiple purchases of some items. Please call with regard to actual cost if more than 1 item ordered. Some items are available for international shipment - please email for carriage cost before purchasing...Buyer pays all carriage charges. Please ensure there is someone home to accept delivery.  If you  ask for goods to be left somewhere, this is entirely at your own risk - no signature means no claim & no refund or replacement if damaged in transit! Please provide contact telephone number for the carrier in case of any problems during transit. 

Returns

No returns on auction items. No returns on special order items. For new items - if any item received does not meet your satisfaction, ie item not as described or faulty, please telephone 01495 717131/01495 725544 in the first instance to notify us. Goods are then to be returned within 7 days of receipt in original condition, unused, including packaging, & a proof of return obtained from the carrier. Please include a covering letter stating reason for return. Buyer pays fees for return. If item is found to be faulty, cost of return to us will be refunded. Refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of goods.

***IMPORTANT***

PLEASE NOTE: Please ensure that you thoroughly check your item on delivery BEFORE you sign the delivery note, as the couriers will not process any damage claims if you have signed for the delivery as 'received in good condition' - this then prevents us from replacing item or refunding the payment as we are unable to make a claim. If you sign for the goods,(it makes NO difference to the courier company if you sign as 'unchecked') and then discover that they have been damaged in transit, unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund the item....there are no exceptions to this!
